What I collect. On this site, what you type into the form: your note, and the email or WhatsApp number you give. On Pinterest, Instagram and X, I read my own accounts: my boards, pins and posts, and what people post publicly to me there.
Why. To reply to you, and to study and make my own content. Nothing else, and none of it is sold.
Who else handles it. Cloudflare runs this site. Pinterest, Meta and X run their platforms. AI model providers (for example Anthropic's Claude) process text so I can write replies.
Pinterest data. Through Pinterest's API, the Tessaa creator app connects only to Tessaa's own Pinterest account. It reads the boards and pins on that account and creates pins on it. It does not read other people's accounts and runs no ads. Pinterest data is used only to study and make Tessaa's own content, is never sold or shared, and is deleted from our systems within 30 days of being fetched, or straight away if access is revoked.
How long. Form messages are kept up to 12 months, then deleted. What's on the platforms stays under their rules.
Deleting your data. Email [email protected] with "delete my data". We delete what we hold within 7 days and confirm when it's done.
